At Global Container we have been selling and renting shipping containers for more than 40 years. We work with standard units (dry and high cube) and a wide range of special equipment (reefers, open tops, open sides, flat racks, hard tops, pallet wides, double doors and tanks) to cover any storage or transport need.
Every unit is inspected before dispatch and supplied wind and watertight. We deliver across Spain from our depot in Palmones (Cádiz), beside the Port of Algeciras, and arrange international movements by sea. Tell us what you need and we will quote with no obligation.

STANDARD
Dry Container
The standard box, for general cargo and for storage. The default unless something about your load says otherwise.

High Cube Container
A dry container with roughly 30 cm more interior height. Worth it when you are stacking pallets or need the headroom.

Reefer Container
A refrigerated container with its own cooling unit, for chilled and frozen cargo and for static cold storage.

Open Top
No fixed roof, loaded from above by crane. For cargo that is too tall or has to be lifted in rather than pushed in.

Frequently asked questions about shipping containers
What container sizes do you have?
We work with 10, 20, 40 and 45 ft containers, in standard and high cube heights, plus special types. Tell us what you need to move or store and we will recommend the size that fits your cargo.
Is it better to buy or rent a container?
It depends on how long you need it. Rental suits temporary needs and projects with an end date; buying makes sense for permanent use or when you want to convert the unit. Tell us your case and we will tell you which works out cheaper.
Do you sell new and used containers?
Yes. We sell new (one-trip) and used containers in several grades. Every unit is inspected and supplied wind and watertight, and we tell you the grade of the specific unit before it leaves our depot.
Do you deliver across Spain and abroad?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Spain by road from our depot in Palmones (Cádiz), and we arrange international movements by sea from the Port of Algeciras. Tell us the destination and we will confirm what is possible.
